Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities;
Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, while also independently performing defined tasks;
Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, and assist in general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs;
Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and other general maintenance duties;
Participate in on-call emergency response and ensure safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
