Floor Care Aide

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRFand long-term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are seeking a dedicated Floor Care Aide to join our Environmental Services team on 2nd Shift
. As part of our commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our campus. This position plays an important role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform floor care tasks including maintaining cleanliness and safety of all floor surfaces throughout the facility.
• Washing wheelchairs
• Trash removal to compactor area
• Occasional activity setups

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and preform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Willingness to follow all safety & infection control guidelines
