MC - Up to $21.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage work orders and execute preventative maintenance tasks across the property.;
Perform maintenance duties including light electrical, light plumbing, carpet cleaning, and painting.;
Maintain and inventory maintenance supplies; place orders as needed.;
Prep rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.;
Follow emergency procedures and ensure property security and guest safety.
