Multi-Site Janitorial Working Supervisor
Territory: The Triad & Surrounding Counties (Guilford, Davidson, Randolph, Rockingham, and Forsyth)
Are you a seasoned cleaning professional who leads by example? We are seeking a high-energy, mobile Working Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across our expanding territory. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" leadership role—we need a supervisor who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and clean alongside the team while ensuring our high standards are met at every location from Greensboro and High Point to Burlington, Asheboro, Lexington, Thomasville, and Stokesdale.
Position OverviewPay Rate: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Status: Full-Time / Multi-Site
- Hours: M-F between the hours of 3pm-12am
Territory: Guilford, Davidson, Randolph, Rockingham, and Forsyth counties.

Previous Janitorial Supervisory experience required

Preferred Experience: Background in school or medical facility cleaning is highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage and motivate cleaning crews across various school and commercial locations.
Hands-On Cleaning: Lead from the front! Perform general cleaning duties (trash, restrooms, floors, dusting) alongside your team as needed.
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous site inspections to guarantee contract compliance and elite customer satisfaction.
Logistics & Inventory: Responsible for managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels across multiple accounts.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and take direction from more than one person while reporting site status effectively.
