The House Keeping Crew Member performs a variety of custodial and cleaning tasks during facility use, including routine trash removal and facility cleanup. The role may involve odd or unusual hours, split shifts, or holidays in preparation for events, and it may also require routine custodial and minor maintenance work. Compensation is an hourly rate of $15.00.

Part‑time roles receive a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching. The position remains open until October 9, 2026.

The Greensboro Coliseum Complex is a versatile multi‑building facility that serves the community of Greensboro and surrounding areas. It hosts a wide array of events—athletic competitions, cultural arts showcases, concerts, theater performances, educational activities, fairs, exhibits, and public and private gatherings such as conventions and trade shows—contributing significantly to the regional economy. The complex includes 22,000‑seat First Horizon Coliseum, a 167,000‑square‑foot Special Events Center, White Oak Amphitheatre, Piedmont Hall, Novant Health Fieldhouse, Greensboro Aquatic Center, The Terrace, ACC Hall of Champions, and 300‑seat Odeon Theatre, hosting over 1,100 events annually.

• Mix and prepare cleaning products to clean the Coliseum interior and exterior, which may include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and waxing floors.
• Ensure a safe environment by removing liquids and debris from walkways during events.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures, replenishing supplies.
• Wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops.
• Remove and dispose of debris from parking lots, walkways, and Coliseum facilities and empty waste receptacles.
• Perform additional staff functions for events.
• Exercise resource stewardship and report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor to ensure compliance.
• Follow OSHA and in‑house safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• 1–2 years of related working knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to walk/stand the entire shift and bend/stoop as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Required to complete on‑site CPR and blood borne pathogen training successfully.
