Perform general repairs in and around the hotel including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and masonry;
Maintain fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule and record maintenance in log book;
Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in small machines and equipment;
Assist other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies;
Keep internal areas, public areas, storage areas, and parking lot clean; empty trash and consolidate for weekly pickup
