Hawthorne Residential Partners in Greensboro, NC seeks a Maintenance Technician II to manage work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across the community. HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs are required.
Responsibilities include diagnosing repairs, restoring vacant apartments, pool upkeep, and completing preventive maintenance per company standards. On-call rotation and Monday–Friday hours are expected.
