Housekeeping Crew Member | Full Time | Greensboro Coliseum Complex
Housekeeping Crew Members perform a variety of tasks related to custodial and cleaning services during facility use. Also responsible for routine trash removal and facility cleanup. The Housekeeping Crew Members must have the ability to work odd or unusual hours, split shifts, or holidays in preparing for an event. The role will also perform routine custodial and minor maintenance work in the cleaning and care of the facilities.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $19.00 to $21.00.

Responsibilities- Mix and prepare cleaning products; clean Coliseum interior and exterior; vacuum, sweep, mop, clean, and wax floors. Ensures a safe environment for patrons; removes liquids and debris from walkways through the building during events.
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures; replenish supplies in restrooms.
- Wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops.
- Remove and dispose of debris from parking lots, walkways, and Coliseum facilities; empty waste receptacles.
- Perform additional staff functions for events.
- Report known or expected irregularities to the immediate supervisor to ensure compliance.
- Required to follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- 1+ years of related working knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to walk/stand the entire shift, bend, and stoop.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Required to successfully complete on-site CPR and blood borne pathogen training.
