- Optimize maintenance workflows by utilizing SAP PM
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and ensure strict adherence to schedules.
- Champion a zero-accident safety culture,
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, driving equipment reliability through Six Sigma (ALPS) methodologies and Kaizen events.
- Maintain the critical asset registry, updating equipment lists in alignment with asset integrity and process safety standards.
- Manage the maintenance budget, strategically allocating funds for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance investments.
- Collaborate on contract negotiations and service agreements with external maintenance providers.
- Lead talent development by training, motivating, and fostering safety and operational awareness across the maintenance team.
- Deploy advanced predictive
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) on chronic equipment failures
- Audit PM compliance and effectiveness, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
