Automation Personnel Services is looking for a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician Helper to join a manufacturing team in Charlotte. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new start in the industry.

$22/hr

6:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

• Previous maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Full-time, temporary to permanent.

We are also offering a $50.00 referral bonus. Both employee and referral must stay on assignment for 30 days to receive the payment.
