Role summary:
The Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, is responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring they meet established standards. This role involves performing safety and preventative maintenance on machinery, managing equipment inventory, and operating corporate vehicles in compliance with safety protocols. The position requires effective communication with facility users and team members to address service requests and support operational needs.

The Technician also contributes to seasonal exterior maintenance and collaborates with management to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency across facility services.

What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
• Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
• Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to maintain safe conditions.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
• Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures for handling high-pressure equipment and heavy machinery.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on power washing tools and vehicles.
• Competence in documenting work orders and communicating effectively with facility users and team members.
• Capability to operate corporate vehicles safely, including conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and quality requirements.
