Job Title: Janitorial Site Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Location: Ted Johnson Parkway, Greensboro NC

Pay Rate: [Hourly Rate] | Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are seeking a hands-on Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead our second-shift cleaning operations. In this role, you will oversee staff, maintain quality standards, manage supplies, and ensure client satisfaction. This is a working supervisor position—you will work alongside your team and cover cleaning duties when staff members are absent.

• Direct, train, and schedule hourly cleaning staff across assigned facility zones.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and contract specs.

• Lead daily team safety huddles and enforce OSHA compliance, PPE use, and chemical safety (SDS).

• Oversee special projects including floor care, carpet extraction, and deep cleaning.

• Track inventory, request supply restocks, and manage equipment maintenance.

• Review/submit timecards and report employee performance or attendance issues to the Account Manager.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site facility personnel and resolve issues quickly.

• Fill in on cleaning shifts during call-outs or staffing shortages.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory/lead experience in commercial cleaning or facilities.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills;
  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

• Stable Monday–Friday second-shift schedule.
