  Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Full-Time)

What You'll Do As a Janitorial Site Supervisor on our team, you lead daily cleaning operations to keep our client's facility safe, pristine, and running smoothly! Your daily responsibilities as a Janitorial Supervisor will include:

• Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning daily work zones, schedules, and project tasks.

• Training new team members on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, equipment use, and PPE.

• Inspecting completed work regularly, maintaining check-logs, and enforcing safety compliance.

• Serving as a hands-on Cleaning Team Lead by managing inventory, coordinating floor care projects, and stepping in to clean when needed.

What You Bring To The Team

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial or commercial facility operations.

• Ability to inspect quality, direct daily work schedules, and lead safety huddles.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.

• Reliable work ethic, strong organization, and professional communication skills.
