Our ideal candidates are seeking part time work about 10 hours per week with more hours available for the right candidates.

Most of our positions look like this.

• 3- 4 hour shifts
• Clean Solo
• Follow a clear checklist and ensure all work is completed
• Put your headphones in and stay active

As a Commercial Cleaning Tech, you would be responsible for maintaining your assigned facility.

• Ensure all items listed on the cleaning checklist are completed to Bluebird Standards
• Communicate with your account supervisor or manager about any supplies needed
• Accurately punch in and punch out of the Service Autopilot app installed on your phone
• Develop positive working relationships with the operations team and team members

• Making sure the operations team is notified any time client-provided supplies are needed

Bluebird Cleaning was founded by Jacki and Adam Duram in June 2022. Bluebird Cleaning provides cleaning and janitorial services for homes and commercial spaces in Kent, Montcalm and Ionia Counties in Michigan. We are locally owned and operated and based out of Greenville, MI.
