Rising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking about 6-8 experienced and hands on individuals to join our team of professionals whose duties consist of preparing the federal building for opening. Below are the requirements:

Essential Functions:

The qualified candidate should be outgoing, energetic, and motivated with prior custodial services experience.

• Regular and punctual attendance
• Operates maintenance equipment, comfortable working on a 8-12 foot ladder.
• Ability to deal effectively with the public
• Reliable Transportation Preferred
• May train others and performs related work as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Overall Strength Demands:
The following describes the overall strength demand of the functions performed by the incumbent during a typical workday.

Machines, Tools, Equipment and Work Aids:
The essential functions of this position require the use of cleaning supplies such as: cleaning chemicals, vacuum and working at a height of 8-12 feet.

Environmental Factors:
The essential functions of this position are performed indoors in 70-80 degrees. Potential exists for lifting up to 30 pounds.

Federal Security Clearance:
All personnel must clear the required federal background checks and security protocols for courthouse access.

• Safety Protocols:
Work in high-ceiling areas (>10') must comply with OSHA fall protection standards. Operators of motorized lifts must be fully certified.

Knowledge and application of industrial standards as well as Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. The custodians will be engaged in cleaning and maintaining the federal building. This labor- intense job is expected to be performed in a professional manner at all times while servicing our customer's properties.

Please note this is a temporary work assignment starting immediately and expected to last at least 4 weeks.

Compensation :
This will be an Hourly Position, see below for wage range

TOTAL HR PAY: $22.84/HR

• This includes a Health and Welfare benefit of $5.09 per hour

Shift Times:

• There will be 2 shifts available 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Please indicate your preferred shift in the application, shift assignments are not guaranteed.
