Floor Tech Day
The position performs floor cleaning and restoration services throughout the assigned facilities. Duties include stripping and refinishing floors; cleaning, scrubbing, and maintaining a variety of hard floor surfaces; and operating orbital scrubbers and other floor care equipment to complete scheduled and restorative maintenance. The position also performs carpet maintenance, including bonnet cleaning and extraction, and utilizes a variety of floor cleaning machines to support facility cleanliness and appearance.
The position works collaboratively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work, complete assigned tasks, and ensure floor care services are performed in accordance with departmental standards.
