Temporary Mini Storage Facility Maintenance

Pride Staff - Up to $17.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
General maintenance and repair of the storage facility, ensuring all units and common areas remain in peak condition during this assignment;
Unit Maintenance:
Inspect and repair roll-up doors, including spraying door springs and ensuring smooth operation;
General Repairs:
Perform locks and locking mechanisms, minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed across the office and storage buildings;
Grounds Upkeep:
Maintain the property's professional image by picking up debris and ensuring hallways and office spaces are spotless;
Unit Preparation:
Clean out vacated units and wipe down doors to ensure they are move-in ready for new tenants
