Onsite Sales and Laborer

Location:

Greenville, SC

Pay Range: $19-$24/Hr (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips)

Full‑Time

• Greet customers on‑site and provide clear, upfront pricing
• Close sales and schedule services on the spot
• Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
• Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
• Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized
• Participate in daily recorded role‑play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Punctual, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
