• Manage and execute material deliveries and pickups for stocked and ordered items between the warehouse and active project sites.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory, including stock tracking and requesting purchase orders for replenishment.
• Receive vendor shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and ensure proper documentation prior to acceptance.
• Pull pick-ticket orders, deliver materials to project sites, and process material returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment while strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in building supply, especially in the exterior cladding sector.
• Comfort and proficiency with modern technology and software tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid Class D (SC) or C (NC) non-commercial driver's license required with no at‑fault MVR convictions in the last 3+ years or DUI convictions in the last 10 years (CDL not required)
• Ability to pull and back open trailers up to 18 feet in length
• Ability to lift 80lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally
• Ability to work outside and/or non-conditioned spaces year round

  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in the supply and warehouse industry, preferably in exterior cladding is a must and will help you hit the ground running.

  You'll have autonomy over your schedule, so being highly organized and able to manage your tasks without constant oversight is a must.
