The Facilities Associate is responsible for ensuring the hotel’s infrastructure, systems, and facilities are

well-maintained and functioning efficiently. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance

tasks, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, and assisting in the overall upkeep of the property. The

Facilities Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment for

guests and staff.

• Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to address facility - related issues.
• Assist with room inspections and preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns related to facilities and maintenance in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to facility emergencies, such as power outages, water leaks, and equipment failures, in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in the hotel’s emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and maintenance techniques.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Must adhere to the company's grooming, uniform, and dress code policies .
• Assist with varied projects as assigned.
