Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting for all technical equipment within the center (arcade, bowling lanes, laser tag systems) and coordinate with external vendors or technicians for complex repairs;
Manage facility technical infrastructure including power distribution, lighting, sound systems, and network connectivity; ensure safety standards and regulations compliance;
Develop and implement cleaning protocols for technical equipment and surfaces; coordinate with Facilities/Janitorial to maintain hygiene in high-traffic areas;
Train and supervise Bowling/Games technicians; collaborate with Scheduling Manager to plan shifts and workloads;
Conduct regular quality checks and preventive maintenance; maintain records and report discrepancies; collaborate with General Manager on technology investments
