Maintenance Associate – Bailiwick Club | Greenwich, CT

Bailiwick Club in Greenwich, CT is seeking dedicated Maintenance Associates to support the upkeep and functionality of the facility. As a key part of our maintenance team, you will work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager to ensure that our buildings, grounds, and amenities remain in top condition for members and guests. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of club facilities, including buildings, pools, tennis courts, landscaping, and utilities.
• Support seasonal opening and closing procedures for the club and its facilities.
• Assist with maintaining irrigation systems, grounds, and outdoor spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues efficiently.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools.
• Assist in managing the inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and effective workspace.
• Provide excellent service to club members by addressing maintenance concerns professionally and promptly.

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings, to support club operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Work performed both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies and be on call as needed.
