This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Maintenance Mechanic located in Greenwood, IN. Responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical problems, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of industrial machinery. The Maintenance Mechanic will play a key role in maintaining the safety and functionality of equipment to support efficient operations.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance practices
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of industrial systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment‑related issues effectively
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance in industrial and maintenance environments
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in mechanical or industrial maintenance is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in manufacturing or industrial settings, is highly desirable
