We currently are hiring for our Day shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on day’s work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm on days, and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.
This position is hourly, and the rate is based on experience.
Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Maintenance Technician must be able to perform the following activities (other job requirements may apply and will be discussed during an interview should you qualify):
- Electrical and mechanical repair of CNC Machining, Brake Presses, Punch Presses, Laser Cutting, Dust Collectors, Air Compressors, general building maintenance and other metal working equipment
- Strong repair skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and predictive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions from prints (English, German, Japanese, etc.) and schematics including but not limited to motors, motor controls, PLC, Relay Logic, and other industrial machine controls
- Must perform construction associated with plant and equipment operations utilizing electrical, carpentry, pipe fitting, etc. skills
- Ground maintenance, as needed
- Must have your own tools to perform machine repair procedures
