Position Overview

Title: Building and Grounds Specialist I

Location: Laurens, SC (USC Union - Palmetto College)

Department: USC Union

Employment: Full Time

Salary: $15.00/hour

Work Hours: 37.5 per week – flexible schedule required.

Interior and exterior maintenance including painting and small repairs, landscaping, lawn maintenance, security, fire alarm response, and other duties as assigned at the USC Union Laurens Location.

• Perform interior maintenance – painting, repairs, equipment upkeep.
• Conduct exterior maintenance – landscape care, lawn mowing, pruning.
• Respond to fire alarm and security incidents.
• Assist with other assigned duties as needed.

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.
