Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. We are known for our small-town feel , strong community connections , and a team-centered approach to care.

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents, staff, and visitors.

As a Maintenance Assistant , you will support the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the facility, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents and staff.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properly
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulations
• Assist with groundskeeping and facility upkeep as needed

• General “jack‑of‑all‑trades” maintenance experience required
• Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Compassion and respect for the elderly and medically fragile population
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to complete a background check
