Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands‑on Facility Maintenance Supervisor to support warehouse operations in Greer, SC. This is a working lead role for a multi-skilled maintenance professional with experience in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility maintenance.
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility systems and equipment, while also leading maintenance technicians and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues across multiple trades
- Complete general maintenance tasks including electrical work, plumbing, painting, flooring, and minor roof repairs
- Maintain and repair forklifts and cherry pickers (basic troubleshooting and minor repairs)
- Operate lifts, cherry pickers, and maintenance equipment safely
- Lead and support maintenance technicians; assign tasks and ensure quality work
- Oversee temporary workers and contractors on facility projects
- Follow and enforce safety procedures
- Track work orders and maintenance activities using basic computer systems

This position does not have direct reports. However, the position may provide task‑based oversight to temporary employees or contractors involved in facility-related projects on an as‑needed basis.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, industrial, or facility environment
- Strong multi-trade experience (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, general maintenance)
- Experience with forklifts and cherry pickers (maintenance or operation preferred)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer skills for work orders and reporting
- Team player with strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professionalism:
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. - Availability:
Must be available to work assigned shifts, including occasional weekends or overtime as required. Flexibility in schedule is essential due to maintenance emergencies or urgent business needs. - Drug Test Requirement:
This position is subject to pre‑employment drug screening. Continued employment may be contingent upon compliance with company drug‑free workplace policies.
This position involves physical labor and requires the ability to work in varied facility conditions.
Additional Information- High school diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)
- Must be reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be available for overtime or weekends as needed
- Pre‑employment drug screening required
