• Execute scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs across a variety of trailer models.
• Identify mechanical malfunctions and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure all trailer systems meet operational standards.
• Restore or swap out faulty components such as axles, braking systems, and electrical wiring to ensure peak performance.
• Document all service activities and repairs to keep maintenance logs up to date.
• Work alongside colleagues to streamline workflows and boost overall shop productivity.
• Follow all established safety guidelines to help maintain a secure and orderly workspace for everyone.

• Completion of high school or GED; additional technical training in trailer or automotive repair is highly valued.
• Demonstrated history of success in a trailer technician or comparable mechanical position.
• Robust mechanical reasoning and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic system operations.
• Capacity to manage tasks autonomously while also contributing to group goals.
• High level of precision and a dedication to delivering superior craftsmanship.
• Possession of a current driver's license and dependable personal transport.
