Factory Floor Janitor

Clean and sanitize factory floors, production areas, restrooms, offices, and break rooms.

Operate floor scrubbers, sweep machines, buffers, and other industrial cleaning equipment.

Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove debris from warehouse and manufacturing areas.

Empty trash, recycling, and industrial waste containers.

Clean spills and maintain safe walkways to prevent hazards.

Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.

Follow all OSHA, safety, and company sanitation procedures.

Assist with cleaning around machinery and equipment during shutdown periods.

Remove dust, dirt, grease, and other buildup from surfaces.

Report maintenance, safety, or repair issues to supervisors.

Support general facility upkeep and organization.

Previous janitorial, warehouse, or factory cleaning experience preferred.

Experience operating floor scrubbers and industrial sweep machines preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift.

Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and working around machinery.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Manufacturing and industrial facility setting.

Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Possible overtime, evening, or weekend shifts depending on production needs.

Attention to detail.

Time management.

Safety awareness.

Teamwork and communication.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
