QUALIFICATIONS:
- . Minimum experience as determined by the board
- . Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials
- . Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- . Good physical health
- . Hold and maintain a valid driver's license for the type of equipment to be driven, with no serious violations
- . Ability to work harmoniously and tactfully with departmental and school personnel and the public
- . Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
- . Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment
