Salary: $90-105K

What your future day will look like:- Maintain CNC grinding machine reliability
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures
- Manage CMMS work orders and records
- Optimize equipment performance and uptime
- Lead maintenance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
- Track maintenance metrics and reporting

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a maintenance/reliability engineering role in a machining environment
- Experience with a CMMS system
- Strong troubleshooting skills
