MG Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair at a property in Gresham, OR. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage resident service requests, and coordinate scheduling and safety meetings.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor and experience with at least 150 units, with strong customer service and a valid driver's license. Benefits include bonuses, time off, and a 401K plan.
