Position:
Housekeeper (3 days a week)
Village Health Care – 3955 SE 182nd Ave, Gresham, OR 97030, USA
The role involves maintaining resident rooms and common areas, following cleaning schedules, coordinating with nursing services, and adhering to sanitary and safety regulations.
Essential Functions- Follow and complete cleaning schedules.
- Observe infection control standards.
- Perform janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Maintain equipment used in duties.
- Report damage, theft, or found items to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements or as required by state regulations.
- Meet all mandatory health requirements by state regulations.
- Positive interpersonal communication with residents, families, volunteers, and colleagues.
- Compassionate and interested in working with the senior population.
