Instrumentation Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join their team. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance and calibration of critical manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?- Maintain facility cGMP mechanical equipment with minimal supervision, following documented operational procedures.
- Lead complex mechanical repairs, perform instrument calibrations, and execute lock out/tag out procedures supporting facility upgrades or routine maintenance.
- Initiate, complete, and close on‑demand and scheduled work orders efficiently.
- Assist operational staff with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment and upgrades, and contribute to safety and department meetings.
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience in equipment, electrical, and/or instrumentation maintenance, along with computer skills and familiarity with GMP fundamentals.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to support team members within a matrix development environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
