Roadside Technician

The Roadside Technician is an emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires and work roadside when performing duties. During downtime they help mount orders, clean the shop, and perform other general duties.

Starting pay: $23 per hour (training provided) to $25 per hour (experienced) plus weekly pay and overtime opportunities. All on‑call service calls are paid at double time with a two‑hour minimum.

The position requires participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. Technicians are expected to respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—at a high acceptance rate. All after‑hours calls are compensated at a premium.

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous commercial service tire experience.

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies and procedures.
