Position: Maintenance Tech

Location: Grove City, OH

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 2+ years of apartment, multifamily, residential, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a rotating on-call schedule (every other week)

Job Description

Use ladders for maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning and fixture replacement.

Notice small details before they become larger issues.

Willingness to learn, ask questions, and solve problems independently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Deliver exceptional service to residents.

Provide support to the community by completing tasks and keeping the property running smoothly.

Position Requirements

Working knowledge of: HVAC systems, Basic electrical troubleshooting, Plumbing repairs, and Apartment turns and general maintenance.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and supplies.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attendance and reliability.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
