Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Perform regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery to prevent breakdowns.;
Repair building fixtures and appliances, including repairing walls, flooring, doors, locks, and furniture.;
Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, changing filters and belts, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal climate control.;
Conduct regular safety inspections, ensure compliance with OSHA and local building codes, and maintain fire safety equipment.;
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized, large-scale repairs or maintenance projects.
