We are hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinator at our rental facility in Groves, TX. The role involves assisting the contract team by completing required rental documents on time and fact‑checking them for compliance. The Coordinator may be asked to help with other duties as needed.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Overtime pay after working 40 hours. On‑call during the weekend only in special circumstances.

- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)

Skills & Qualifications- 1–2 years of inventory management, accounts payable, or receivables experience
- Great listener who cares about solving customer problems
- Energized by building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with customers throughout the rental process
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest Equipment Share products and services
