Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant and manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship while performing various maintenance tasks. Your duties will include diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions, as well as performing preventive maintenance and equipment installations.

• Safety and Quality Compliance:
  Maintain a thorough understanding of plant safety policies and procedures and ensure all work is performed according to these standards Uphold high standards of quality and workmanship in all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency Understand and adhere to plant environmental policies and procedures as they relate to daily duties
• Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting:
  Drive every issue to its root cause failure or malfunction, utilizing a combination of electrical and mechanical knowledge Proficiently use electrical multi-meters, meggers, amprobes, and other instruments to diagnose and address equipment issues effectively Diagnose and repair malfunctions of CNC, PLC machine controls, motor controls, drive controls, and other industrial control systems
