As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, your top priority is driving guest satisfaction through strong leadership and operational excellence.

You will lead by example on the floor, supporting and supervising Team Members to ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. Whether you are opening the restaurant, overseeing peak periods, or ensuring our food safety and brand standards are met, you play a key role in creating a positive guest experience and a high-performing team environment.

Your ability to coach, motivate, and communicate effectively will help Team Members succeed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will assist with daily operations including scheduling support, training, shift execution, and problem-solving as needed.
