Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about guest experience, and knows how to build, train, and motivate high-performing teams.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be fully accountable for operational excellence, food quality, team performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and consistent quality
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by proactively resolving concerns and maintaining service standards
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and portioning meet company expectations
• Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members in a high-volume QSR environment
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Lead by example to foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support operational needs

• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations in compliance with local health codes
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
• Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe and organized workplace
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Control food costs, labor costs, and cash handling procedures
• Utilize POS systems (TOAST POS experience is an asset) for transactions, reporting, and daily reconciliation
• Work closely with HQ and crew members to maintain menu consistency and explore new offerings
• Analyze sales, labor, and operational data to identify growth and improvement opportunities
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational best practices consistently

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role (QSR experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with POS systems; TOAST POS experience is an asset
• Solid understanding of cash handling, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
• Background in hospitality or hotel management is considered an asset
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred

Starting salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus payable at the end of each period, contingent on achieving labour cost, food cost, and sales growth targets.
