• Strip, wax, and refinish floors in schools and other commercial properties
• Move furniture – desks, chairs, tables, cabinets – in and out of work areas
• Operate floor care equipment under supervision (training provided for the right people)
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Travel with the crew from our Gulfport hub to school and commercial sites – transportation provided

• Dependable workers who show up on time, every time
• Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and move furniture for extended periods
• Willing to work long hours and weekends throughout the summer
• Clean background – a background check is required (we work inside schools)
• Floor tech, stripping, and waxing experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person
• Positive attitude and a team‑first mindset
