About the Role
This is not a traditional Marketing Head role. At Aramya, we don’t separate "Growth" from "Brand." You are the custodian of the customer’s entire journey—from the first time they see an ad to their 5th repeat purchase.
You will lead a high-output team (Creative, Marketplace, Social, CRM, and Design) and serve as a business-critical leader reporting to the founders. You aren't just spending budgets; you are deploying capital to build a profitable, long-term asset. We need a leader who thinks like a Founder: obsessed with unit economics but deeply protective of the brand's soul.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scalable Growth & P&L Ownership
Own the Contribution Margin beyond ROAS. Optimize CAC/LTV cohorts to ensure we are scaling profitably.
Omnichannel Growth:
Bridge the gap between D2C, Retail, and Marketplaces (Myntra/Ajio/etc). Ensure a unified revenue engine where one channel feeds the other.
Retention as a Moat:
Build a world-class retention engine.
2. Brand Identity & "The Aramya Voice"
Creative Leadership:
Mentor the Creative Director to ensure our visual language is "World-Class" but "Data-Led." Every creative must have a hypothesis.
Sharpen our positioning across D2C, Offline and every other place where Aramya communications surface.
3. The Operating Rhythm
Decision Velocity:
Build systems and processes to increase the speed of the creative and performance teams.
Budget Discipline:
Own the marketing ledger, valuing financial discipline as much as creative flair.

Skills & Qualifications
The
Experience:
8–12 years in high-growth D2C or Fashion. You have seen the 100 Cr to 500 Cr journey before.
Proven experience in scaling performance marketing for consumer first brands of at least 3+ years.
Bachelors/Masters from Tier 1 institute.
