Pay$17.00 per hour
ShiftMonday-Friday (daytime hours with flexibility)
Primary FunctionResponsible for cleaning contracted buildings and office space.
Essential Functions- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using specific cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the cleanliness of the building.
- Minimum 1-year previous maintenance / janitorial experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Floater Porters will use an agency vehicle to drive to and from individual work sites.
