Cleaning Technician 1099 contractor— Carpet, Upholstery, Tile & Grout & Pressure Washing. Stain Steamer is hiring a reliable Cleaning Technician in New Jersey.
We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services including:
- Carpet cleaning.
- Upholstery cleaning.
- Tile & grout cleaning.
- Pressure washing.
- Grout sealing and color sealing.
Pay: $50–$270+ per day depending on jobs completed, plus tips and 50% commission on upsells.
Gas, tolls, parking, and approved job expenses are reimbursed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 50lb.
- Professional and dependable.
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes and businesses.
- Smartphone required.
- Experience is a plus, but training is provided.
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time, with weekend availability as needed.
We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, professional, and willing to learn.

Employment: Part-time
Schedule: 8am-7pm
Salary: $3,000 – $6,000 monthly
Starting time: Immediate start!
