National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Coles Landing’s 58-unit community in Haddonfield, NJ. This part-time role (20 hours/week) includes on-call duties 24/7 to address emergencies and perform routine, preventive upkeep.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience, practical HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a valid driver’s license. Certifications (HVAC/OSHA) are a plus and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
