National Church Residences is seeking Maintenance Technicians for Coles Landing, a 58-unit community in Haddonfield, NJ. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week and requires on-call duties to respond to maintenance emergencies.
You'll perform routine repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, supervise junior staff when needed, and keep accurate maintenance records. A valid driver's license and 1–2 years' residential maintenance experience are preferred.
