Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mixers, conveyors, packaging lines and building utilities, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues, and support continuous improvement in a high-volume paint and coatings plant. You'll collaborate closely with operations, follow strict safety and quality standards, document work in a CMMS, and grow your skills through structured training, mentoring and advancement opportunities in a global manufacturing leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety, lockout/tagout and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage and maintenance history
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and safety teams to improve reliability
• Assist with equipment installations, changeovers and production line upgrades
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical and pneumatic schematics and manuals
