We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician to join our Haines City Building Finishing team.
Equipment Maintenance & Repair- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and facilities equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery, engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate with external maintenance contractors or OEM services as necessary.
- Repair or replace control devices, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
- Perform equipment upgrades and improvements as required.
- Support the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program by completing scheduled actions and maintaining appropriate records.
- Work independently and collaboratively with plant personnel to support manufacturing operations.
- Provide project support and leadership as needed while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
