This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Maintenance Technician at our facility in Haleyville, AL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, as well as general repairs and industrial maintenance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of the equipment and facilities.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to ensure seamless operation of machinery and tools
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is an advantage
